SHIPPING ADDRESSES

You are responsible for your shipping address data entry information. Please make sure we have all the correct information to insure a smooth delivery. Please include any additional information we may require such as Unit number, Apartment number. PO Box number, Buzz code number ect.

If you fail to enter the correct shipping information your parcel may not be delivered. In this event it will be returned to our location and you will incur some additional charges. Our free shipping policy will only cover one delivery attempt if the address is not filled in correctly.

SHIPPING TIMES

In stock orders will ship generally within 1 business day of cleared payment. Most orders will ship with Canada Post Expedited Service. This service is a ground service, and typically delivers with 1-6 business days. Upgrade shipping options are available on phone order only. SHIPPING 84 inch POKER TABLES

Our 84 inch 10 player poker tables are shipped with Purolator. Due to the size and weight of this item, Purolator may not delivery in your area. In the event that your table can not be delivered, your money will be refunded on the next business day.

RETURN POLICY

Due to our free shipping offer in Canada we must charge a restocking fee on returns. 30% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns and exchanges, shipping charge is non-refundable under any circumstances. Items returned must be shipped back to us at your expense within 14 days of delivery and must be in orignal condition.

In the unfortunate event you receive a defective product, we do sincerely apologize. Please keep in mind that we do not manufacturer the components, therefore we have no control over the defective rate. However, we are here to help and will be happy to assist you with a replacement within the allotted warranty period. Our warranty does not cover misuse of products, which has lead to malfunctioning.
