Return and Exchange Policy

At Straight Poker Supplies, we strive to provide high-quality casino game equipment and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

• Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs: Due to our free shipping policy, a 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns and exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Return Conditions: Items must be returned at your expense within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and new condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
• Custom Products: Custom-manufactured items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

POKER CHIP COLOUR VARIATIONS

When ordering poker chips, we make every effort to ensure that all chips you receive are from the same production batch to maintain consistency in colours, hues, and tones. However, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match to chips purchased previously, as each production batch may have slight colour variances.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We sincerely apologize if you receive a defective product. While we do not manufacture all the products we sell and have limited control over defect rates, we are committed to assisting you. If your item is defective, we will gladly help you with a return or exchange within the allotted period. However, our warranty does not cover misuse that results in product malfunction.

SUSTAINABILITY & MONETARY CONCESSIONS

To support environmental sustainability and account for the economics of transportation costs, Straight Poker Supplies reserves the right to offer monetary concessions (such as partial refunds or store credit) rather than product exchanges when appropriate. This approach helps minimize waste, reduce carbon emissions, and provide an efficient resolution for our customers.

WARRANTY PERIODS

Our warranty period on most products is 14 days from the time of purchase.  Our warranty does not cover "Free or Gift with Purchase" items.  Our warranty does not cover misuse of products or products used in a commercial environment.  Some products have longer manufacturer warranties.

SHIPPING TIMES

In-stock orders will generally ship within 1 business day of cleared payment. Most orders will ship with Canada Post Expedited Service. This service is a ground service, and typically delivers within 1-6 business days. Upgraded shipping options are available. Please call our toll-free order hotline if you wish to upgrade your shipping 1-877-765-3790. We are not a shipping company and can not guarantee any delivery times or dates

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside of Canada & USA)

The website is not set to offer international shipping quotes. International shipping fees are extremely costly and often are more expensive than the goods being purchased. Prior to asking for an international shipping quote, we request that you obtain a sample quote from Canada Post.  Please click on this link  CANADA POST  enter the following information 1. For Dimensions use 60cm X 28cm X 12cm  For Weight enter 10kg then click find.  If after obtaining your sample quote you agree that it is within your budget, you may email us for a more accurate detailed quote at [email protected]   Please provide details as to which item(s) you wish to purchase and provide your full shipping address.  When this procedure is followed correctly you will receive an accurate and proper shipping quote within 24 hours.  We do not ship to countries that restrict the import of casino goods.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

All orders are insured to cover damages of up to $100.00 CAD. Additional insurance is available at an additional charge. If you wish to add more insurance coverage to your order, you will need to call our toll free order hotline at 1-877-765-3790

SHIPPING ADDRESS

You are responsible for entering your shipping address information. Please make sure we have all the correct information to ensure a smooth delivery. Include any additional information we may require such as Unit number, Apartment number. PO Box number, Buzz code number etc....

If you fail to enter the correct shipping information, your parcel may not be delivered. In this event, it will be returned to our location and you will incur additional charges. Our free shipping policy will only cover one delivery attempt.
